With the help of my tried and true sub-contractors, I can do all kinds of remodeling, repairs, and home improvement for you. Circle, has about 3600 sq ft and is priced at $359,000. It's located in beautiful Canyon Creek Ranch off Dennis
Road and Old Brock Road. A map and features are included with the home.
We have a second home at 165 Canyon Creek Court that we would also consider selling. We built it three years ago
and have been living in it since completion. It has about 2900 sq ft and backs up to a creek. (Which our grand
children love!) "This one is priced at $315,000. Neither of these homes is listed with a Real Estate Agent.
