This was a very special home that we thought we would be in the rest of our lives.  We made it a year and a half and had to flee Oklahoma back to Texas to make a living.  It had almost 1000 feet of old Saltillo tile.  I laid it all, and Sharon grouted it. Whew!! We said “Never again!”  The indoor underground cellar was entered off the kitchen. We never used it.  The huge screened porch was wonderful, except it faced the west and was uncomfortable until the sun got lower in the evenings.
